The weather consistently allows us to fly tasks over 190 miles and occasionally over 300 miles without much chance of thunderstorms. Our task area varies from mountainous, desert, and farmland.
Practice days for the contest will be May 23-24 and the competition will run from May 25 through 29. For more information, visit the contest website.
We expect about 30 participants. Launches should begin around noon then the participants will be out on course for several hours with return sometime after 5 pm.
