The Tucson Soaring Club is proud to be hosting the 2025 15-Meter Nationals

The organization has been working diligently on some facility improvements and our members are excited to host this first contest from our new clubhouse. The weather consistently allows us to fly tasks over 190 miles and occasionally over 300 miles without much chance of thunderstorms. Our task area varies from mountainous, desert, and farmland. 

Practice days for the contest will be May 24-26 and the competition will run from May 27  through June 5.

We expect about 30 participants.  Launches should begin around noon then the participants will be out on course for several hours with return sometime after 5 pm.
